There are more forces in play at the rear of a flat towed vehicle or trailer. This causes extra stress on the hitch bike rack. The most common suspension enhancement option for a 2014 Jayco Greyhawk 31DC is without a doubt SumoSprings which is what I recommend. Yes, the thicker the anti-sway bar is the more support it will offer thereby decreasing body roll and sway more. I recommend the larger 1-5/8" diameter anti-sway bar for your 2018 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-163.
